At Knuutinkatu 15, one- and two-storey row houses and a separate carport will be completed. A total of 15 apartments will be built in these two row house buildings. The apartments are spacious two-room units, three-room units of different sizes, or four-room family apartments.

Qyp is responsible for the concrete surface treatment and finishing work at this site, including demolition, grinding, sawing, and polishing to ensure high-quality surfaces and the subsequent stages of work.
