Seven terraced houses comprise a total of 34 comfortable right-of-occupancy homes. The yard areas include shared play and recreational spaces for residents.
The terraced housing complex at Torpparintie 7 and Juhoniemenkatu 2 consists of both single-level and two-level row house apartments on two separate plots. Play and leisure areas will be built in the yards of both plots, including features such as a swing, sandbox, and slide.
Each apartment has a private cold storage unit near the entrance, for example for outdoor equipment. In addition, some apartments have a walk-in closet inside, while others have a heated storage unit in shared facilities.
Parking areas provide a total of 31 carport spaces and 23 uncovered parking spaces. There are also two guest parking spaces and two accessible parking spaces for persons with reduced mobility. Eight of the carport spaces are equipped with electric vehicle charging stations, while the others have heating outlets.
The property was completed in January 2025. The apartments include one-bedroom units (50.0–56.5 m²), two-bedroom units (69.5–80.0 m²), three-bedroom units (82.0–89.0 m²), and four-bedroom units (101.0 m²). The apartments are both single- and two-level.
The construction contractor is Hartela Oy, which has also built the neighboring right-of-occupancy properties at Torpparinkaari 1 and 3 (completed in 2018) and Torpparinkaari 2 and 4.
